I think this error shows up because the Box API can’t run in non-interactive sessions. When you use Reverse Entire Journal on the invoice journal, the system is probably trying to open a dialog box (maybe for withholding tax settlement), but since it can’t display, the Box API call fails.
You may try reversing from the Vendor transactions > Reverse option instead, since that opens the dialog properly and avoids the error. Or maybe check if any customizations are involved, and if not, it could be worth running a debugger or raising it with Microsoft support.
