Master plan demand setup "include request for quotation"

Master planning is running for 3 months. Demand is only project item journals (no sales, no production module). Recently enabled master plan demand setup "INCLUDES REQUESTS FOR QUOTATION" toggle enabled and re_runaster planning now it showing less number of planned po.

Does it consider incoming material? What status of RFQ it will be considered, what exactly master planning does for this option
