If I want to schedule a new appointment via activities in d365 customer engagement, I want to be able to view the availability of my colleagues participating in the appointment. I need to be able to view their calendars. Is this possible? If so, how?
While creating an appointment, you can use the Scheduling Assistant to view attendees’ availability (free/busy time).
Key requirement:
Calendar synchronization with Microsoft Outlook must be enabled (Server-Side Sync)
How it works:
Add attendees to the appointment
Open Scheduling Assistant
View their availability and select a suitable time
In short: enable Outlook sync and use Scheduling Assistant to check calendars.
