I configured the mailbox and queue to read incoming and outgoing emails in PPAC for a specific environment. As expected, the emails should be inserted into the “Email Extracted Data” Dataverse table.
I previously configured the same setup in another environment around 6 months ago, and it worked correctly. Now, I am trying to configure the Supplier Communication Agent in a new environment using the same steps, but the extracted email data is not being inserted into the “Email Extracted Data” table.
This table is important because whenever a record is added or modified in it, the flow “Speed up updates in purchase orders with Supplier Communications Agent” gets triggered. After that, the further process runs and the extracted email data is pushed into D365 F&O.
Current status:

Mailbox configuration completed successfully

Mailbox test passed successfully

Test emails are being received

Emails are actively getting stored in the Queue
However, the emails are still not getting inserted into the “Email Extracted Data” Dataverse table.
Am I missing any additional setup or configuration related to this table or the Supplier Communication Agent? I have attached the configuration screenshots below.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
