SSRS License Plate Report Prints Blank After Initial Success in UAT

We have developed a custom SSRS report that includes a barcode image and related data. The report is triggered automatically through the warehouse mobile app when a work line of type Pick is created.

  • In DEV environment, the report prints correctly with both dummy and live data, and also archives successfully.

  • In UAT environment, the report prints correctly with test data.

  • However, when live data is inserted into UAT, the report prints once or twice correctly and then starts generating blank reports (no data, no template).
