Yammer transition to Viva Engage

With Microsofts recent transition from Yammer to Viva, things have not been smooth at all. 
I can see the newtwork and the comunities I am in but cannot access them each time I try get the your account has been locked error. Does anyone know who to contact or where to log a support call for this

    What is the exact error message you are getting? There is a similar question, but I don't know if your error message is the same: Yammer group to Viva Engage

    The message is not the same, in my case it says my user has been locked out.
     
    Spoke to my IT team and nothing wrong on our end, the MS communities tenant is the issue.
