Hello,

I cannot access Viva engage although my email got invitation for those groups that I joined in Yammer.

It always says Account Blocked

Anyone know to where we should ask for help on this issue?

Hi,

Do you have an email from one if the group administrators? If so, you can send them a message. You can also check with your own system administrator to check if they are aware of some suspicious activity and if they can mitigate the issue.

Microsoft is working on a new approach to discover and request access to communities. For the Preview Early Access community, there exists this request form (currently being tested in beta): https://forms.office.com/r/qe94aGXWgp

I also have the same problem. I had earlier an account in Yammer with my personal email and was a member of several D365 groups.

I cannot now log-in with my personal email to Viva engage, it seems, Microsoft now allows only organizational emails for accounts.

With my organizational account I don't see any of my former groups and cannot find them using Search function.

I sent you a message in Linkedin, could you please help me with that?

Hello. Another question:

I am an inhouse D365 consultant, but in a customer firm, not a Microsoft partner.

Will I still have the right to be a member of D365 communities and groups, as earlier in Yammer?e.g. community like D365 F&O User Licensing reporting or Private group for User Securitity?

Or are the communities now only for MS Partners?
