Facing issue with workflow creation in UI for Product Information Management

Hello Community,
I was required to create a workflow for the Product LifeCycle Status in Product Information Management.

Initially, I had to set the Product LifeCycle Status field to Blocked by default and disabled for changes, and I have successfully done so.

For the next step, I had to trigger the workflow for the Product. The workflow should require approval to change the Product Lifecycle from Blocked → Active. Only after approval should the product become Active and available for transactions.
So, I have created all the required Base Enum, Table Extension, Form Extension, Workflow Categories, Workflow Type, Workflow Approval, etc.

And I have referred to this blog for guidance: AX 2012: Create Custom Workflow – D365 for Finance and Operations for the technical part.
And I have successfully built the project in the backend(Technical Part).

And since there was no workflow menu for the Product Information Management in the standard, I have created one by referring to this blog:
How to Add Workflow form for D365 finance and Operation modules till here, there were no issues.

But when I try to create a new workflow after I try to sign in, the error pops up saying "Internal Server Error."

So, can you tell me why this is happening and how I can solve it? And also, I tried opening the standard workflow in the same way in other modules.

    Hi,

Can you confirm on what exact moment you get the error? Did you get the login form after the ClickOnce app got downloaded? Then before it opens the Workflow editor host, it gives this error message?

Can you share the exact technical details on how you developed the workflow? AOT elements and coding? I know you shared a blog, but it would be helpful to share your details so we can check if something is missing or incorrect.

Did you perform a full build of the model, or only the solution/project? After the build, did you synchronize the database?
