Hi all,
I've setup email account and select a table (e.g. QI header 20405) and a field (e.g. status) in Field Monitoring setup.
When the QI is passed, I changed the status from Open to Finished.
However, I still cannot receive a email notification.
I've tested other processes, e.g. PO email sending, it's working.
It doesn't look like a email setting issue.
Has anyone had any idea?
