We are investigating the Project Operations Integrated with ERP where we are utilizing the GAB-Solution do replicate the GAB datamodel in Project Operations (CE).
my question is how does this affect the customer journey. Since Party_table will have more accounts (one per legal entity).
How is the customer journey working, since two accounts (same party) in reality is one! customer and we want to see all engagement across these (two) accounts in one view.
1) Do you filter out legal entity on the accounts table (so you only see accounts for your legal entity in the UI)?
2) Do you use the Party_table to aggregate engagement, invoices, dialog etc. on the customers to the Party level?
Is your question about the "CE" side or "F&O" side of Project Operations? In Dynamics 365 F&O, each company is a separate legal entity where transactions are posted that results in a financial statement. For the reason of overview between customers, vendors and other companies or persons that should be treated separately per legal entity, the Global Address Book is the link between them if they are the same party.
