Messages preview are not loading

Something happened last week and we cant see messages preview anymore in Contact center Inbox.  Shows "Last message unavailable" or for some users "Loading". We did different testing, different users, network locations, browsers to exclude user/network traffic blocks or browser plugins/addons. When you click on message to "read", it will show then last message, but will not refresh on new/updates. We use Whatapp Channel through Twilio. 

Wondering if anyone experienced any similar behavior?

    • Twilio sync delay OR
    • Dataverse conversation update issue OR
    • Recent platform regression
    Best next step:
    • Validate conversation fields
    • Then raise Microsoft support ticket

    Yes, opened ticket with Microsoft last week, got response yesterday its some backend issues. Will update if it fixed, but so far its still same
