Unable to customise pages for Profile (Role) to remove or show tiles

I seem to now no longer be able to customise pages for Profiles in BC. I want to remove some of the tiles that appear on some of our Profile landing pages. We used to be able to do this but it seems we can no longer do this. I can't hide any that are showing or show any that are currently hidden. We are on BC 26.1 in the Cloud.

Has something changed or am I missing something? I am a Super user.

Hi, I tested it briefly and didn't encounter any problems

Version: W1 26.2 (Platform 26.0.35890.0 + Application 26.2.34746.35778)

Thanks for both suggestions. I appear to be able to modify those that are source Base Application but any that are Source (User-created) I cannot.

I have raised a ticket and our Business Partner has come back to me advising they have queried this with Microsoft for more insight.

Hi @Sacha E,
I saw your post about being unable to customise tiles for Profiles in BC 26.x. I was wondering if you eventually found a solution or workaround (especially for user-created tiles). Could you share how you resolved it or what Microsoft support suggested?
