Dynamics On prem cybersecurity certification or penetration testing report

Is there any Penetration Testing Document provided by Microsoft for CRM V9.1 on-Premises ? to justify how secure is Dynamics CRM as an application from external threads.

The client need any document by Microsoft or any other third party vendor before going Live, Please help or refer any resource, for Dynamics CRM V9.1 Penetration Testing.
