Permissions - how to block users from view page 39

Hello,
 
I need to block users from page 39 (and other pages) but because they need "view all pages 0" even if I exclude page 39 they still can view it, if I remove the view all pages "0" I cannot log in and my role center doesn't work properly

    This is a bit strange. According to Microsoft documentation, this shouldn't be a problem. First try separating "Exclude page 39" and "pages 0" into two different permission sets.
     
    If that doesn't work,can you try to restrict the permissions on the table 81 "Gen. Journal Line"?
     
    Hope this can give you some hints.

    Is this the only permission set assigned to the user? "Exclude" option excludes the permission only from the current set, but does not block the object access if it allowed by another permission set.

    One way is is by removing the 'View All Pages' permission ('0'). After that, grant the necessary permissions for the required pages, such as the role center. Then, you can either omit the pages you don’t want users to access or use the exclude function to restrict them.
