Free text invoice DMF import

I am trying to import some free text invoices and get the error message that "Updates are not supported for the existing Free text invoice records"
 
I tried to export all the records. Using the same file to import data. Tried to import 1 record and get the below error message. Data gets imported to staging but Target gives error
