Netting security roles do not allow Activate/Deactivate of Agreements/Rules

When creating Netting Agreements/Rules, System Administrators can see an Activate & Deactivate button in the action bar.

Normal users cannot see these buttons, even with the Maintain access privileges/duties shown in the Security Diagnostics.

Even the standard roles in this form do not give access to these buttons. The privileges do not have any further drill down that could Deny/Grant access to these buttons.

Does anybody know which privilege provides access here so non Sys Admin users can complete the netting process?

Hi,

The privilege "Maintain netting agreement" does not contain the Action Menu Items given for activate/deactivate agreement by standard.

You can create a new privilege and then add the given Action Menu Items:

CustVendNettingActivateAgreement
CustVendNettingDeactivateAgreement

In case of any further issue, in creating new privilege and adding action menu items, please let us know.

It appears a bug in the standard system.

You can create a custom security privilege or duty and proceed with it. I would encourage ignoring the standard privilege as Microsoft may fix that in the near future.

Along with that, you can also report this issue to Microsoft support. I have checked the LCS and PPAC log, no known issues about this.

Hi,

Yes you will need to add this action menu item yourself to a privilege then add that privilege to the duty/role you would like users to have access to.

Thanks @CA Neeraj Kumar this did the trick! At least the action menu items are named nicely... not that I could find them :D

Agree @Sohaib Cheema, will raise a support bug.
