Unable to create project in Dynamics 365 LCS

We followed the steps in lcs presales for DevVm, but unfortunately, we couldn't proceed further. Could you please assist us in creating the machine?

    I will move the question to Dynamics 365 Finance as you have a question about creating an environment and not about engaging with FastTrack.

    At this moment, the screenshot is not visible to me as it is being scanned for potential threats. Can you tell us if you have created a project? Is a connection with Azure configured? Do you have Dynamics 365 F&O apps licenses available?
