Hi,

Could you please let me know how we can obtain the Uptime detail for a MS CRM online application? Is there a way to generate the Uptime percentage (ex: 99.9%)  on monthly basis? Please let me know.

Regards

Gopi. R

Hi Gopi ,  The Service Level is 99.9%.

The Monthly Uptime Percentage is calculated for a given calendar month using the following formula:

Monthly Uptime Percentage = Total number of minutes in a given calendar month

    - (Minus)

Total number of minutes of Downtime in a given calendar month

    / (Divide)

Total number of minutes in a given calendar month

Should the Service Level fall below 99.9% for a given month, Microsoft will provide a Service Credit as noted in the chart below:

    Monthly Uptime Percentage

    Service Credit*

                                     < 99.9% = 25%

                                     < 99%    = 50%

                                     < 95%  = 100%

*Service Credit will be issued against the applicable month’s Subscription Fee paid by Customer for the Service.

    Hi Raz,

Thanks for the details. Mainly, I would need to know the uptime details of my CRM online application on monthly basics to share with my customer.

Is there any way to generate the Uptime report from O365 or CRM? Any inputs on that?

    Regards

    Gopi. R

Hi Gopi, Have you seen the Service Health Dashboard in Office 365, This allows you to see if there was any historic outages to your service.

    Office 365 Admin > Health > Service Health > Dynamics 365 >

    Best Wishes, Raz
