Best Way to Migrate PST Files to Office 365 for Multiple Users?

Hi everyone,
We're planning to migrate multiple Outlook PST files into Microsoft 365 mailboxes and are evaluating the best approach.

Our requirements are:
  • Bulk PST import for multiple users
  • Preserve folder hierarchy, attachments, contacts, and calendars
  • Avoid duplicate emails
  • Support large PST files (20–50 GB)
  • Minimal downtime during migration
Has anyone used Microsoft's Network Upload/Import Service for a similar migration, or did you choose a third-party solution instead? What challenges did you face regarding authentication, mapping CSV files, or upload speed?
