Entity field not available in filter option

Dear all,

I create a new Entity with CustTable/DirPartyTable/DirPartyLocation/LogisticsLocatio/LogisticsPostalAddress... set "UseRelations in all data sources to YES... FieldList: ACCOUNTNUM, LOCATIONID, DESCRIPTION, STREET, ZIPCODE, CITY, COUNTRYREGION, ISROLEDELIVERY... additionally I want to have the possibility to filter on field ISROLEDELIVERYbefore running the export...

But ISROLEDELIVERY is not available in filter fields

Hope, anyone can give a hint...

Hello, i try to help you, but it's better if provide us a little more detail about the entity, some screenshot can help.

Please check:

* If the the field ISROLEDELIVERY is also present on the entity Staging table
* Check on data entity mappings if the field are found, if not, try to generate again the mapping. (System Administrator > Data Management > Target Entities > Modify Target Mapping > Generate Mapping)

thx for your answer... and, yes, the field is also present in staging table and also present in mapping...

Hi Diego,

You can filter the data before exporting it using the Filter option, then verify the joins to ensure all tables are displayed based on the joins defined in your query.

Additionally, you can check whether this Field type is supported for filter.
