Export Product Master Data to ISV fails

Hi Experts,

Exporting product master data to ISV fails sometimes

When editing the master data of a product, a new line should be created in outbound message queue. Then batch job Export Product Master to ISV will export all new lines to service bus queue. However, a lot of new entries end in an error. Therefore the new info will not be exported to ISV and master data will not be changed in ISV.

any suggestions or any advice highly appreciated.

Error msg:

while exporting the product master data from D365(connectivity studio) it is not sending the datat to ISV ang getting the below error.

MessageCannot write the data to the connector

As this is an ISV and not a Microsoft owned product, I will leave the question for anyone who has worked with this ISV.

Having said that,  have you reached to the support team of Staedean?

    Hi Sohaib,

    Thanks for your quick response.

This integration belongs to staedean and it will sent the data from D365 to ISV whenver we do any changes in the Product master data to ISV. then new line will be created under outbound message queue and it will sent to Azure Bus service for further process.

This is built by Staedean ISV.

    Thanks for your time.

please let me know how i can check and where i need to go check exactly.

The error message saying "cannot write to connector" could mean many different reasons. checks around your connection for example if a certificate or password is expire. or if a connector need you re-login.
Since it seems a custom integration, it is hard to pinpoint the exact reasons.
do you know how this integration works for your system? who built it for you?
