Resources are unavailable in Project Management and Accounting module in D365FO

I’m facing an issue in D365FO where all resources (including newly created ones) appear as Unavailable in the Project Management and Accounting module. I can’t schedule them or assign them to activities.

I’ve checked my setup multiple times, but I’m clearly missing something. Below is the configuration I currently have:










 

Is there another parameter required for a resource to be considered available for project tasks?
