Unable to check NBAD bank balance from my work system....

Hell everybody,

I’m having an issue checking my NBAD bank account balance from my computer and could use some guidance. I normally access my account online during work hours, but recently the balance page either fails to load or times out completely. I need to verify the balance urgently to confirm a pending transaction.

I’ve already tried different browsers and cleared cache, but the problem persists on my current setup. Since this is affecting my ability to manage payments, I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar and can suggest a reliable way to check the NBAD balance using a desktop or work environment.

First of all, which Dynamics 365 product are you using? The D365 brand covers quite a few things, such as Finance and Operations, Business Central or Customer Engagement.
