Hi Dears,
I'm facing issue while try to import batch order by using data mangment or excel data connector .

For example :

Batch order Quantity : 200

Formula Version Setup:

Formula size : 1,000
From Formula Size : 1

When i import system changed batch order quantity to be 1,000 equal Formula size .

Ast same time if i import Batch order Quantity more than 1,000 system will accept , for example :

Batch order Quantity : 2,100

Formula Version Setup:

Formula size : 1,000
From Formula Size : 1

System here import the quantity correct if the Batch order quantity more than formula size.

Please check if any default order quantity is set up for the product under the inventory tab.

Hi,

The best way to test is, try to manual entry batch order quantity 1,000 into the system to see the system is allowed or not?
