I am facing this issue while creating cedite note for an sales order which is invoiced, not allowing to create credit note due to this error message "It is not possible to copy one or more of the selected sales order lines. The sales order lines that you are trying to copy are dependent on a sales agreement. A copy of the sales order lines would conflict with that sales agreement."
Kindly let me know if anyone have come across same issue.
