I have the following setup:
Vendor approval workflow
The vendor is created with the status: Blocked (via template)
The workflow is triggered when the Blocked field is changed to blank
The approval process is assigned to a group of 3 approvers
Approval is completed when 2 out of the 3 approvers approve
Do I understand the following correctly?
If the user who changes the field is also a member of the approval group, the workflow does not work.
If the approval request is delegated twice to the same person who is not part of the approval group, this does not work either.
Are there any solutions or workarounds for these scenarios?
