Issue with CRM in Dynamics

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with Dynamics 365 and would appreciate some help from the community.

1. Environment Details:

Application: CRM Dynamics 365

Region: Canada

2. The Problem: Whenever I try to update a contact, the system shows a generic error message

3. Error Message / Logs:

L’opération a échoué, car nous n’avons pas pu nous connecter au serveur. Réessayez ultérieurement.

Cleared browser cache / Tried in Incognito mode / Checked for custom plugins

Does anyone have any insights on what might be causing this or how to fix it?
