Unable to confirm inbound shipment for return orders through inbound load planning workbench. We are using transportation management and we did the rate shop the rates are getting populated, unable to confirm inbound shipment for loads even though the lines have -ve qty getting the below error.
How did you manage to create the shipment for a return order?
