Hi,

Miles and Km become $0.00 as soon as user saves the expense

Note: We moved to 10.0.46 - not sure if this caused the issue.

Hi,

Could you please share some more information.

It would be interesting to see if this has changed.

In case you have multiple milage categories, does it happen with all milage categories?

Are you using Milage rate tiers?

Besides that, I would suggest to check the feature management, filtered by expense management and have a look especially on the Mandatory and On by default Feature state.

As you can see, in my example lots of features where enabled on Feb. 08th thats when we updated our UAT. Maybe you can also check on your side if something was enabled with the update to 10.0.46

Hello,

Check the "mileage rate tiers" configuration tied your "expense categories".

The quantity indicates for how much mileage we can use this rate. When we surpasse this quantity the rate become zero.

Hi Adis,

-Yes we are using Table Mileage rate tiers - it did not change and still working for other expense categories

-I disabled all new features set with the upgrade

It still not working
