Customer retention and project accounting

Scenario:
A customer contract requires 10% retainage with partial release at 50% completion and the remainder at final acceptance, reflected on invoices and AR aging.

Business question: 
1-How would this be implemented in Dynamics 365 Finance Project Accounting? Create a Dynamics 365 process to answer these questions using Project Accounting.

    You can go through the article below. It can help you configure Customer Retainage. Although the screenshots are from Dynamics AX 2012, the process is the same for Dynamics 365 Finance.
