IRS 1099 Setup info not showing in vendor card

Setup vendor in IRS 1099 vendor form box setup and the IRS 1099 setup info is also setup in vendor card but no details are showing in vendor card. Vendor has balance 2025. 
 
 
Would like to know if any other setup is needed. Thanks for the help.
