Hi everyone,
I’ve been diving deep into our customer insights lately, and it’s clear we have a wealth of data in our CRM. However, I’m noticing a common roadblock: the disconnect between what the data tells us and how/when our sales team actually acts on it.
We can see the patterns, the churn risks, and the upsell opportunities in the dashboards, but translating those insights into "real-time," contextual conversations for the sales reps remains a challenge. Sometimes the insight arrives too late, and other times it’s just too overwhelming for the rep to sort through while chasing targets.
I’d love to hear from this community:
- Process: How do you operationalize customer insights so they feel like a helpful "nudge" for sales, rather than just another report to read?
- Tech: Are you using specific CRM automations or enablement tools that successfully trigger real-time alerts for sales teams based on CX data?
- Culture: How did you get your sales team to actually trust and adopt these data-driven insights?
Looking forward to hearing your strategies, failures, and successes!
