When I click print PO on 1 of my companies it is picking up the system ORDER template (405 which is RDCL) but I have a custom template with logo in another company (same production environment) but this is a Purchase-order (1322 in word).
How can I change this so they are picking up the same template.
I can amend the Word version so much easier
Check your “Report Selection - Purchase” page and confirm what layout is being used by default in that company:
You may need to modify the report on that page. If it is the correct report layout then you need to check that specific vendor. That vendor may have a different report selected. To validate this open the vendors page, open the vendor with the incorrect layout then select in the ribbon Vendor > Document Layouts:
You can check to see if that vendor has a specific layout selected different from the company default.
