real time service error

Hi,
Previous I used CSU legacy installer (10.0.37) and it work find. Recently I just tried CSU sealed installer (10.0.39) and got health test error. DB check success but RTS failed. The event log show this message.

    Good to know that the issue is resolved, normally if the issue is related to TLS version it would've thrown an error during installation itself, I'm curious on how the CSU got installed in the first place.

    Finally the problem was fixed by setting TLS.

    AOS is running and Client Id had been registered in MS Entra ID Application. Aysnc service is running perfectly and successfully ran full sync from HQ.
    Any advice?

    Are you facing this error post installation? If yes, try to check if the App regestrations that are used to install the sealed CSU are added in the HQ form 'Entra ID Applications'. Additionally make sure that the AOS site is running and alive as well.
