Hi,

Hoping someone can advise.

Over the last month or so we have been having issues with mileage rate tiers not calculating.

Some background:

Expense Management Parameter - We have the following Standard rate of mileage

Expense Category set-up as below with two options:

When I come to do the expense I would expect the rate to calculate based on what I select. Example if I select Above 300km I should see the rate change to 0.180 however it defaults to whats in the expense parameter from my first screenshot

When I dont have anything in the below I get the following error

Any advise or pointers would be really appreciated. This is happening across all our instances.

Hi,

Here s the solution:

Set up mileage using mileage rate tiers | Microsoft Learn

That means, in your first row, you set the qty to 300 and in the second row 9999999.

If you put in an expense with 300 or less, the system will calculate 300*0,3.

If you put in 400, the system will calculate 300*0,3 + 100*0,18
