Good morning.
I'm having issues with the connectivity between LCS and my cloud dev environment. Symptoms includ
1. Not being able to stop or start the environment from LCS with the error "An error has occurred. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support with this Id: 7eccd3f0..."
2. Not being able to process updates - Error message "Preparation failed"
3. Environment Version Information not updating in LCS after doing a manual version update
4. Unable to rotate secrets - Error message "Unable to rotate secrets. Please contact support with the following activity ID details.Environment errors: 1d930050-...."
We have checked the following as far as possible
1. Microsoft Azure Connections (in LCS). Initially the authrorisation was not enabled, but its fine now
2. IP addresses for Azure USA have been allowed on the DEVbox
3. Azure subscription is the correct one for where the DEVBOX is hosted.
Are there some additional checks that we can do?
