Which is the best way to manage this issue:

how he can sends the invoice with mail with a predefined text?

    If you are using the batch function, each invoice could be a different customer. Are you planning to have the same predefined text for all invoices? There are several ways for you to achieve this, you can do a minor customization to set the predefined text and then send the email during posting or you can do this after posting by selecting the invoices from posted sales invoices screen.

    I would agree with everyone on this thread that there are ways to do this out of box (as described) but if you are looking for an even more streamlined and automated way to do this I would highly recommend checking out Invoice and Statement Delivery.
     
    This tool allows you to send invoices, credit memos, payment receipts, statements, and more in 3 different ways:
    - Automatically on Post
    - From a Dashboard after being posted
    - Automatically on a job queue at a time of your choosing each day

    Hello,
     
    You can setup the predefined text on "Report Selection - Sales".
     
    However, you can't do batch posting together with mailing.
    You need to batch post first then proceed to "Posted Sales Invoice", highlight the posted invoices and send them.
     
    You can use "Document Sending Profiles" to skip the dialog for each message.
