Can an inventory year end closing be reversed?

I accidentally closed inventory twice for year end in Great Plains. Now there is no history showing for the previous year. Is there a way to reverse this without having to reverse the other closings I've already done?

    In Microsoft Dynamics GP, Inventory year end closing cannot be reversed. In short without a pre-close backup, the history cannot be brought back.
