Received wrong product/product does not exists in the PO of the load

Hi All,
 
Trailer Arrives in the warehouse and unloading and receiving started.
 
During the receiving process when warehouse worker identifies product is wrong product or product itself does not exists in the purchase order .
 
How to raise receiving exceptions and record information which includes PO and product information received from the trailer arrived.
 
How to generate label for the receiving exception raised in D365 Warehouse mobile device.
