ReportWe have a customer using Dynamics 365 Business Central Online who wants to initiate payments directly from Business Central through a national payment network.
The payment network has a connectivity requirement where the customer must establish a VPN tunnel using a fixed/static public IP, and that IP must be whitelisted. All API calls to the payment network must originate through this VPN connection.
The challenge is that Business Central Online is SaaS, so we don't have control over its outbound public IP and cannot configure a VPN connection directly from the BC Online environment.
Has anyone implemented a similar integration where an external payment/banking API requires:
Site-to-site VPN connectivity
Static public IP
IP whitelisting
All API traffic originating through the VPN
I'd particularly appreciate hearing from anyone who has implemented a production solution for BC Online where the external API requires VPN connectivity and source-IP whitelisting.
