Upgrade issue with 10.0.46

Hi ,

After upgrading our cloud hosted Dev environment from 10.0.44 to 10.0.46, we are facing DB sync issues with table name WrkCtrTable, We have checked and table is available but still seeing below errors. Please let us know if you have any solution to fix.
