I would like to uninstall MPOS to install Store commerce app and I got the error stopping uninstall it. I tried to login another account in the same machine but still cant uninstall from there. There is a same error between 2 accounts at same machine.
I've faced the exact same issue when migrating to Store Commerce for one of our customers a year back, and I had to work on a powershell script to trigger a clean uninstall of MPOS using a PS Script for all the users, you can refer the below link for a sample.
Additionally I would like to suggest you that start from version 10.0.32 MS has provided capability to install Store Commerce with the following parameter '--inplaceupgradefrommodernpos' which will basically install store commerce on top of the existing MPOS application and uninstalls the same. You can give this a try.
As the error says, there are 2 user sessions active on the PC. Most the applications will not allow you to uninstall an application. You need to sign out from one of the user session. To do that, you can either use the sign out button available in the start menu (process differs by Windows version) or hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE, hit sign out. If you are able to do that, restart the computer and login to the main account which have access to uninstall an application.
If you have used MPOS in multiple user accounts in a PC, you might encounter another error, Please post further error message for help.
