BC 27 - unable to load item List

Hello 
Since update to BC 27 item list is Not loading and also other functions don‘t work then. Application must be completely reload, Not the page, because page doesn‘t work.
I‘ve tried filtering by AL code and sometimes it works for a while. But when I scroll down, the page reaches the end of preloaded items and has to load next ones. At that point the page stops working. I‘ve also tried to hide flowfields, but without success.
Data can only be loaded through query and temporary table. But that means, user can‘t customize enough and each change must be done by AL code.
Item table contains about 11000 records. I‘ve also uninstalled a lot of apps step by step. Same Tenant, other Company, no Problems. But just a few hundred items.
 
Does anyone have an idea?

    Have you added a lot of processing in the `trigger OnAfterGetRecord`?
    Or are there many Flowfields on the page?
    With only 11,000 records, this shouldn't be a data volume issue.
    Alternatively, you can try enabling the following options.
    Business Central 2025 wave 1 (BC26): Calculate values only for visible FlowFields

    Slowness due to 11k records should not happen . THere is some other Root cause .
     
    Can you create fresh Item list Page with just item no , description and gradually start adding fields then you can come to actual conclusion which trigger is causing issue
    IF you cannot open the page with just two columns No and description , then there is some trigger at item load or on insert trigger 
     
    Or 
    We can enable telemetry and check.

    Hello,
     
    The issue isn’t the 11,000 items, BC handles that easily.
    After the 27.1 update, the Items page is freezing because of bad personalization or an extension reacting to the data in that specific company.
     
    Clear all personalizations + saved views for the Items page.
    Test in a new browser / Incognito to rule out cached scripts.
    Run Performance Profiler to see if an extension is causing the freeze.
    If still failing, send profiler info to Microsoft support.

    You may need to go deep and find the root cause for it.
     
    Try removing the custom extensions, and then check if the page works fine, if not then there must be some custom code that is creating the issue.
     
    If not, then as recommended by other experts, try creating a new page and do not add any FlowFields, then try again.
     
    If this works fine, then add the FlowFields one by one to check which field is causing the issue.
     
    If FlowFields are not the real cause, then see the triggers on the page, most likely the OnAfterGetRecord or OnAfterGetCurrRecord may have some code that's the real cause.

    Dear all,
     
    many thanks for your answers. I've already tried a lot of that. Now we found that special record which causes the problem, but still don't know, why. Maybe any hidden content, still investigating.

    we are also experiencing this on one of our tenants after upgrade to v 27.
    I've removed persolization, cookies , all the extensions.

    I have observed similar behavior in another environment, on another page. In this case, it is Continia OPPlus, Create Payment Proposal. When you click on the “Export” button there, the page stops responding.
