Scenario:

PO Accounting Date: Nov 2025
Prepayment settled
FY2025 closed (Except for a specific group)

Issue:
PO not appearing in 2025–2026 year-end process, instead showing in 2026–2027.

Findings:

PO line modified in Jan 2026 → system set distribution date to 01-Jan-2026
Used Correct to revert date to 2025 and re-confirmed PO

Current Status:

PO Header/Line = 2025
Budget/Encumbrance = 2026

The Po Still not appearing in 2025–2026 year-end process

How to resolve this error?

just to confirm you did rerun the end of year brought forward balances ?
