Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue while trying to remove a payment method from my account.
I had previously created a trial environment in Microsoft Dynamics 365, which I am no longer using. Now, I’m attempting to remove my card from the payment methods, but I’m unable to do so.
Whenever I try to delete the card, I receive an error (attached in the screenshot below).
Details:
- Trial environment was created earlier but is no longer in use
- Attempting to remove the card from billing/payment methods
- System throws an error and does not allow removal
Question:
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
Is there a specific step required (e.g., canceling subscriptions, deleting environments, or waiting period) before a card can be removed?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
