Hello we are still using GP2010 and to be able to send Invoices, etc we rely on Acrobat X standard, and for some reason the Acrobat License no longer works, the product is out of date.
is there any other PDF version we could use, to be able to email from GP?
That is a tricky one since you are on a 15-year old version of GP. I think Word Templates were introduced in GP 2010 so you may find that as an option for emailing with PDFs. (Your Office version could create some incompatibilities.)
I know Acrobat changed their licensing several years ago so you may be running into that. Assuming upgrading your GP version isn't an option, trying to track down what has caused the old Adobe license to stop working may be the easiest solution.
[Unfortunately, you'll need to expect more issues like this as the components of your system age out ... We just had the first issue related to Window 10's retirement and a recent Office update ... And Windows 10 just left full support a few months ago.]
