Issue on ''License usage summary''

Hi Everyone, 
 
Currently we are facing an issue on security governance (license usage summary)
 
  • There is an automatic change in the ''license usage summary'' without doing any modifications.
  • After an change made for one of the user the required information is not reflecting.
 
Kindly refer the below for detailed explanation:
  1. After we made the required setups for the ''license usage summary'' we got the data against each users but for some reason there is a difference in the data as below sample.
 
Image 1 - At initial stage below was the data for one of the user
User ID User name Licence Covered entitlements Remaining entitlements
AXXXXX AXXXXX Finance 462 0
 
Image 2 - After a week today, the data is showing as below
User ID User name Licence Covered entitlements Remaining entitlements
AXXXXX AXXXXX Commerce 410 52
AXXXXX AXXXXX Finance 52 0
 
  1. For a user we have removed few action menu item and display menu item and made a rebuild and re-enabled the ''users'' form. Even after 6-8 hours there is no reflection for changes.

    Hi,
    As the message on the top of the says... Updates typically take 2 to 8 hours to appear in reports. Allow time for changes to be processed.
    I would recommend a wait of 24 to 48 hours, before reaching to Microsoft.
