Is there a way to deactivate the period journal if it is no longer required?

We don’t want to delete the set up for audit purposes.

Hi,

On the periodic journal header, there is a field Private for user group on the Blocking tab page. You can create an user group and see if this is hiding the journal to be selected by the users. I haven't tested this. If this is not working, you can consider a customization.
