We are currently using the EXIOBASE emission factor database available in Microsoft Sustainability Manager. We would like to know whether there are plans to upload an updated version of the EXIOBASE database, particularly one that includes:
- the latest available EXIOBASE release,
- GHG-disaggregated emission factors (e.g. separate values for CO₂, CH₄, N₂O and other greenhouse gases instead of aggregated CO₂e values),
- and, if applicable, updated characterization factors aligned with the latest IPCC guidance.
Could you please let us know whether such an update is planned and, if so, whether there is an estimated timeline for its availability in MSM?
