Event Session Registration Count is inaccurate

Hi!
 
We set up an event with multiple sessions. One of the sessions:
  • Registration count does not match actual registrations we see = actual sessions are 9, and registration count shows only 3 
  • The max capacity is 9, but the session form still allows you to register. "Fully Booked" note does not show 
 
How can we update this so records match properly?
